Across the street from my lodge, facing west toward Seattle... and on the Microsoft campus...

 

     

 

Into the Cascades, east of Seattle, to Stevens Pass...

 

       

 

       

 

       

 

       

 

 

We stopped at a Nordic Ski Run just east of Stevens Pass... Ranger Ishi keeping watch...

 

Hiromi stepped off the run and sank into deep snow and had to be rescued by Ranger Steve and Ranger Ishi...

 

     

 

       

 

Coffee and a good fire...
