Greg's flight from Charlotte arrived at Sea-Tac without incident and John, Jeannie, and I fetched him there. We drove through Seattle and repaired to O'Shea's in the Wallingford neighborhood where the PhillBillys country & western band was holding forth. After O'Shea's we regrouped back in Bellevue at Mamasan's, where Atsuko received us with her usual charm... Photo-Journal...

My parents visited Seattle, and for our last evening together we enjoyed tea and snacks at Mamasan's. Mamasan was so happy to meet my Mother and Father, and Emi and Atsuko were perfect hosts, keeping everyone well entertained!

Atsuko had been looking forward to meeting my parents and singing John Denver's "Country Roads" for them...

I serenaded the room with "Are You Lonely Tonight," and Atsuko and I did "Edelweiss" together...

Bill Noonan was in town on Microsoft business and we convened at Mamasan's in Bellevue for fine Japanese dining and karaoke. By request Bill did the Bee Gees' "To Love Somebody," Greg provided moral support, and I brought out "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head."  Bill and I ended with a duet of the Everly Brothers' "All I Have To Do Is Dream"...  and a good time was had by all...
