◊ Maintain the strongest military possible.

• Peace through strength.

◊ Maximum personal freedom. Self reliance. Personal Responsibility. Live and let live.

◊ Limited government.

• Reduce government spending!
• Cut bureaucracy!
• Reduce excessive and burdensome regulation.
• Reject the "nanny state!"
• Shrink the the welfare state.
• Abolish non-essential departments:
  • Abolish the Department of Education.
    • The more we spend, the worse it gets.
    • Get the federal government out of education.
    • Return control of education to the state and local level.
  • Abolish the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
    • Section 8 Housing is a disaster.
  • Many other departments, agencies, bureaus, and programs should be abolished. For purposes of discussion, I include Ron Paul's list of what should be abolished:

• Abolish public-sector unions. Labor unions have outlived their usefulness. Unions have contributed mightily to the destruction of American manufacturing. Unions are playing a major role in the ruining of American public education. Public sector unions, like their private sector counterparts, are part of the insane push toward Socialism.
• Privatize Social Security.

◊ Lower taxes. Tax code simplification.

• Take tax code manipulation away from rascally politicians and reduce their power!
• Flat Tax
• Fair Tax

◊ Allow nothing to infringe upon the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

◊ Recognize so-called "social justice," "economic justice," and "environmental justice," as socialist/progressive non-sense. "Social justice," "economic justice," and "environmental justice" are socialist code words for anti-capitalism and redistribution of wealth. Schools that preach "social justice," "economic justice," and "environmental justice" are propaganda organs for the socialist/progressive movement. Churches that embrace "social justice", "economic justice," and "environmental justice" are misguided and naive at best, if not actually in partnership with the foul progressive/socialist movement.

◊ Energy independence.

• Encourage nuclear power.
• Clear the way for market forces and natural innovation to develop next generation energy sources. In the meantime, as our economy is based on fossil fuel, we should drill here and now!

◊ Stop illegal immigration.

• Legal immigration is good. Illegal immigration is bad.
• Guard the border.
• No benefits for illegal aliens.
• Stop employers from hiring illegal aliens.
• Amend the 14th Amendment to disallow "anchor babies." Babies born to persons in this country illegally should not have automatic citizenship.
